2023 C2C Fall Baseball Developement

Welcome to Coast 2 Coast Baseball's 6 week Fall baseball school! As a parent of a youth baseball player, you'll be glad to know that our program is designed to give baseball players an extra edge and help them reach the next level. This comprehensive program will focus on every aspect of the game including classroom knowledge, digital swing analysis, arm conditioning, sports-specific strength and conditioning, nutrition guidance, high-level coaching, velocity training, video analysis, games, live reps, instructed hitting sessions, and more.

Our fall focus will be on expanding the knowledge of weight training, getting plenty of quality baseball reps, and learning the game of baseball in a classroom setting. We believe that if a player can understand and master the fundamental concepts of baseball and combine those with excellent physical training, they can achieve their full potential.

Your child will get the opportunity to enhance their skills through on-field practices, yoga, strength, and conditioning, games, and various other activities. Our program is open to the public and will cater to a wide range of ages, including Varsity (18U), JV (16U), 13-11U, and Juniors (ages 9-10). The cost is $399 plus tax, and the sign-up deadline is September 3rd. We guarantee your child will gain valuable skills, knowledge, and experience while having fun playing the game they love. Practice will be held:

Mondays + Wednesday will be used for Lifting + Yoga. (Pending Ages)

Tues: On field practice @ (Harmondon or Tea)

Thurs: Hitting Development at C2C

Games will be played on weekends and possibly a few week nights.
